What data do we collect?

Our company collects the following data:

  • When filling up our bottom form: personal identification information (name, email address, phone number, subject).
  • By allowing analytic cookies: anonymized creen navigation capture (a video of the users navigation, clicks and time in page that does not collect any written inputs) and analytic data (time of visit, pages visited, and time spent on each page of the webpage, referring site details). How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Pattterns with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Fill our contact form.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

How will we use your data?

Pattterns collects your data so that we can:

  • Answer the questions written by you in the contact form.
  • Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.
  • Optimize website navigation.

How do we store your data?

Pattterns securely stores your personally identification data on its servers at CDMON (Pattterns' domain and email provider) within the EU.

Pattterns will retain the personal identification data from the contact form until you request its deletion. We will delete your data by erasing the email notification that the contact form generated.

Marketing

Our company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Pattterns from contacting you for marketing purposes.
